Will there be custom teams/leagues in BTS?

Like the title says, I was just wondering if we'd have the ability to create custom leagues and teams in BTS, like there is in OOTP.

Hey Michael,

What about relocation and expansion of an existing league?

Start a league as an expansion team with all the expansion draft bells and whistles?

Or even have a league expand, requiring the Player of a current team to set players they wish to keep or allow to enter the expansion draft?
