I posted this in another thread, but I could tell 10-15 minutes into the 15 trial. Just fantastic. The depth is jaw-dropping. I miss playing the games since I'm an X1 owner, but managing a team has always been my favorite part.

Seems like a great community as well.

This will be my sixth season with OOTP as I started with OOTP 11 looking for something new to excite my senses after a year in Iraq and listening to a whiny Yankees fan during my entire time there. The depth is mind-blowing and the simulation is beyond awesome. The community here is great, but not without the occasional spat or two. And Markus and the team, well....words can not describe how amazing they are.

Be ready to have your mind blown away.

Hesitated as I'm still not clear whether I'll be able to make use of OOTP16 right out-of-the-box, but decided to go ahead anyway and pre-order, so as to show support and encourage the development team to continue improving and fixing the game.

(FWIW, from the announcement, the feature that most piqued my interest is the improvements to the Hall of Fame process; I had been figuring that I'd have to manually calculate JAWS, etc myself and am glad this'll now be automated.)

I pre-ordered last week and am looking forward to all of the new features but especially the ability to set hot dog prices and also the re-introduction of the Fun Factor which has sadly been missing since OOTP14.2145342. Note that by "Fun Factor" I mean "the thing where the Mariners win the World Series every single year".

The latest newsletter and pictures finally pushed me over the top. Just pre-ordered. Now I really am stuck, do I continue playing OOTP15 or wait until 16 comes out.

Most likely headed back to my fictional league and wait for MLB association for the new version.

Have bought every version since OOTP3 and attended the one and only OOTP convention in Toledo. Will continue to purchase this great game as it gets better and better. Cheers to Markus and the team! Looking forward to another great experience!
