Player Tracker bugs/problems

I love the new Player Tracker in OOTP5. I have two small problems with it and wanted to a.) report them, and b.) see if anyone else is having the same problem. I searched through previous posts, couldn't find any mention of 'em.

1.) The first problem has to do with newly-created players assuming retired players' internal player numbers. Let's say I add Babe Ruth to the player tracker. His internal player number is P198. He'll remain in my player tracker until he retires, at which point he should be removed, right? Actually, what happens to me is that during the next 'generated rookies' phase, the next player to be assigned P198 (let's say it's George Brett) now shows up in my player tracker instead of Ruth. I *believe* this is because OOTP reuses player numbers of retired players?

2.) The second problem I'm having is a weird one. In my player tracker, every time I right-click on a player to remove him, it removes him AND the player directly below him. Is anyone else having this problem?

3.) If you add a player that is already being tracked, the game still duplicates and so on.
