Need help

New to this, have no idea what players to get or what metrics to use to put a team together that fits my style or even what my style is. Do i need to do anything with my stadium? just need some guidance or where to look to get a more refined team

1) Park factors are really important. Go all in on a particular set of park factors. Maybe maximize lefty or righty CON/POW. Maybe minimize CON and maximize POW, or the reverse. You should be winning at home, and have a strategy for winning at home. Also keep in mind that there are generally more RHP than LHP, so prioritize hitting against righties.

2) Defense is important. It's a consistent way to improve your pitching and get more wins. Make sure your CF, SS, and 2B are all over 100 DEF (or close to it). Also keep in mind that you can train a CF or SS to play other OF/IF positions.

3) Overall is NOT the most important feature in a player. Overall is basically meaningless, you should look at player stats and do your best to ignore overall.

I have a 19 team still called the Ann Arbor Armadillos in Perfect.

I should play these Assholes and see who is the real champ of Ann Arbor is!!!
