Back-to-back No-nos
Season 31 of a fictional major league. Last week I posted about a 21K no-hitter from Season #30, now I got a Vander Meer. The league ERA was 4.33 this season, so nothing weird, just the cosmic tumblers lining up just right.
I've seen others post on this (two in 1-2 days this fall IIRC), but this is definitely the first first time for me. I can't fathom how many 100s of seasons I've played electronically between Strat, Mog** and OOTP and how many no-hitters I've seen. I look for it with anticipation every time I get a no-hitter. Never come close until now. The bid for three in a row ended with one out in the first inning of Game 3 of the NLCS.

That's cool. I've never had that, but in my online league, Pedro Martinez threw three consecutive shutouts in 2004 and only gave up five hits in the three wins.

Cool. I once had a guy in a fictional league throw a no-hitter and a one-hitter back to back, but never two no-hitters in a row. Impressive!

That's pretty neat. That's something you'll never forget.
