What is the point? part 2
So a team sends me a message, they want to trade a 23 year old AA SP prospect for my veteran 31 year old SP.I'm curious,I go to the trade screen and their manager says he's not interested in my over priced veteran....so what is the point of that?.....version 18 and this looks like beta.

Did any "time" elapse between when you got the overture message and when you went to the trading window?

i think you have to accept this from the email?
if not, definiteyl some change in background, even if a scouting report hasn't come out. the AI can sniff out a change before you can -- go change a player while in a trade and watch the ai change its mind real-time to the changes. that could be to prevent human abuse, though... they definitely can be fooled by scouting inaccuracy. i've seen them be pretty excited over a mediocre player(presumed and proven with time) numerous times. i think the best info from these trades is the interest of the other team. if it's a player your willing to part with, might be able to find a better package in the trade screen. it's better than the past, but all i see are useless players offered 90% or more of the time. i delete them nowadays without reading.
