Well, the Energizer Bunnies had a disappointing day Saturday; just barely missing playoffs, but they feel good about the future. They made a nice profit selling SP Steve Carlton (94) --- for 39,999 or 36k after taxes --- and used that plus other saved PPs to buy SP Cy Blanton (98) for 56k PP. This is the most any of my teams have paid for any one player, but he will hopefully be an ace that the team can build around in the future. He should be among the best pitchers in the entire league next year.

How do I know what league everyone is in using that spreadsheet? I see a huge list with records but no league designations?

There will be an OL World Series winner in B203. The Melaka Armada vs the Harbour Town Falcons. Both teams expect a difficult struggle as they clash in a matchup of the best Bronze has to offer,

Actually that card design looks like Bowman not Topps. I have quite a few from 1955 which was the last year Bowman did cards of current major league players. Change Topps to Bowman....



edit: Until they re-entered the market in the early 80's?

looks like 5 were missing from the league (Philly, Bluffton, Salem, Seattle, Wheatland)... still missing the Iron league standings

What you do is figure out what league you'll be in next year (I assume it's Bronze). Then you go to your friends list and friend everyone else who's going to be in Bronze. Then you double-check your league placement setting is "Use Friends List". Then submit your team. That should get you placed with everyone else next year.

However, the important part is that everyone ELSE needs to friend you too - so that's why it's crucial that everyone review the friends list and make sure you've friended all the teams you're going to be with next year.

I can't get the black circle to not look funky without butchering the outside, so I'm just gonna leave it. I'm thinking it's the way the top letters are arc'ed that are making things look very weird.
