BRHLO Cash League has RARE Opening

The BRHLO a one of it's kind OOTP league for cash, has a couple of openings.
- We are in our second year of baseball, but our hockey league of similar setup has been running for 14 years.
- Our trade deadline is October 29th, so you have a bit of time to tweak and do what you need to the roster by then
- Daily sim of 1 day. 1 season per year. We run about 3 months behind MLB, which times out our new season right around when the new OOTP comes out every year and we upgrade to that
- Players get updated in our league to their new OOTP ratings each year (therefore development is off and not utilized)
- $50 per season. 2 seasons required up front. ALL the funds collected are paid out to GMs for various accomplishments
- Joining now, you will not have to pay for this current season, so your funds go towards the 2020 & 2021 seasons.
- League uses Slack as a means of communication. Participation and activity there is REQUIRED

Teams available currently are Oakland and San Francisco

We've been through numerous times with concerned GM's the hesitation of joining a cash league. I/we get it. We haven't had an opening in over 7 months, they don't happen very often. We have an engaged group, and the 2 guys that run the league have 2 other hockey leagues that are pay to get in, one of which has been running for 14 years; and they've never had a single dispute over funds. This isn't a scam, if it's not your cup of tea, no worries, we get it.

I have played Diamond Mind Baseball and OOTP for at least 15 years and have never found a more complete league. I am a long time member of their cash hockey league (www.new.brhl.net) and had absolutely no reservations joining their cash baseball league. One of the best things is the daily SIMS, one day, one game. If real life gets in the way you don't miss much. There is a 125 man roster limit. Afraid of guys hoarding players, not here. We use a 40 man roster and options. Each team has a AAA, AA, and A team. If you want to be active with the minor leagues you can, if not no big deal. Some guys do, some don't. Another way to keep guys from hoarding players is our Rule V draft. In the off season we have a 10 round amateur draft which includes guys drafted in the 2019 Major League Draft and international signees that signed in the period ending July 1, 2019. This makes Marco Luciano available in our upcoming amateur draft. I drafted Kumar Rocker prior to him ever throwing a college pitch. Will Jack Leiter be drafted this year, tend to believe yes. One rule is any free agents can't be signed to a major league or minor league contract unless he hits 23 in this calendar year. If you know of a younger college player, JC guy or a high school guy that was drafted last year later in the draft and you consider him a sleeper chances are he is available in this draft (can't give an example, don't want to give a guy away).

I believe 20 GM's received cash prizes last year. As for Slack there are 14 channels, some of which are administrative. Both hockey and baseball have the main channel, trades blocks, completed trades and drafts, while there is also sports, general and politics. The politics channel can get pretty passionate with both American and Canadian politics. We are currently debating gun control. If you feel that a rookie QB should start from day one and not hold a clipboard, we have had that debate in the sports channel.

Didn't quite last 24 hours, and we are full again. Thanks to those who reached out. If you're interested in joining in the future, being an AGM, or simply getting added to our slack group to get familiar with the league for the next opening. Let me know!

Had a few people keep reaching out for the next openings. I do anticipate a couple come January when our season ends, but some teams would bring on an assistant GM if you want to get in, and get used to the group and the league. Once we get openings, I give the option to AGM's first.

Hit me up if interested
