Couple of Ethnicity Percentage questions
Is there a way to include all ethnicity id's/name sets in a nation, no matter how many you use? What happens if you use more than 100 for a nation?
Also, why do the ethnicity percentages for the U.S. add up to more than 100%? Thank you.

You can edit a nation to use as many name sets as you want; you can use the in-game editor or edit the .xml file.
The numbers used are not percentages but "weights", so 1 only equals 1% if your total adds up to 100. If your total adds up to 10,000, 1 is only .01%. That's how I understand it. |

Thanks much for your explanation. Helps, and explains a lot. Also, thanks for your time spent on the names files.
