Can't re-activate players after elimination

Can the 15-day countdown for recently demoted players be set to 0 after a team is eliminated from the playoffs? Once your season ends, you can promote/demote players freely, except players who were demoted within the last 15 days. They are stuck on the reserve roster, which is inconvenient and seemingly unnecessary. It would really help people who set their playoff rosters on Sunday but can't sign in Sunday night if the restriction were lifted. Thanks!

I guess this only applies the day you're eliminated, or maybe until the end of that playoff round league-wide? I could promote my player again after the next sim, so I guess this isn't as big a bug as I thought. Sorry for the false alarm.
