Help creating an online league.

I'm not completely new to OOTP, but I've never created an online league before. Me and a couple friends want to start one together but aren't quite sure how. Any instruction at all would be appreciated.

There are a few tutorial videos on YouTube

That's where I started and they are pretty simple to follow, I'd check there and see if that helps
