In-app purchase not supported

Device licensed app does not support in-app purchase.

Any idea why I'd be getting this all of a sudden? Playing on a Mac. App store update a couple of weeks ago. Trying to buy PP, can't do it. Haven't had a problem before with XX or 19.

If you delete the app, re-install and log in, do you lose everything??

No, you don't. Might help the Development Team respond if you submitted a ticket for support. They're darn fine about getting back to you. Can tell you from experience, if you're on Catalina...good <ahem> luck. I went back to Mojave and lost a week putting things back together. I'm on a Mac as well, but bought through the website. Good luck. Any other questions, I'd be glad to try and help. I may not know the answer, but if I don't, I'll often know where to point you.

Thanks for responding! I submitted one 3 days ago actually, but have not heard back yet. Might just try reinstalling the game. The only thing i can think of that's different is the last app update. I don't think I tried buying anything after it until a few days ago.

Best advice: avoid the App Store and buy direct.
