Special Rules & Settings: Custom financials (see Rules link). Coaching and scouting disabled (so 100% scouting accuracy). Association setup with two separate and distinct leagues with champions meeting in a best-of-nine association championship series each year. League-specific draft pools but trading and free agency between leagues enabled. New owners may move teams but must keep them within the divisional geography. 1995 statistical settings were used for league creation; more/less offense and more/less pitching league evolution settings were left ON (all other evolution is off). OOTP OU will be available and used for league functions where possible.

All of that and more explained in the rules link above. There are several custom tools pages that I coded to make participation easier. These include financial snapshots, a backup team export file upload tool, a page that checks for any contracts outside of league rules, position check for players being assigned incorrect positions, and a DFA status page that allows owners to check to see if they need to take care of any DFA issues without having to get into the game. Take a look around the league site and let me know if you have any questions or better yet would like to join!

Okay, we're up to 13 owners and I realized I hadn't mentioned in this thread that you can move and rename teams in the league. Only requirement is that the team stays in its division geographically.

Want to move Toronto to Miami? Go for it.
Buenos Aires to Havana? Get after it.
Kinshasa to Munich?
Moscow to Prague?
Lagos to Johannesburg?
All good.

Seoul has been taken, only Paris is available. Depending on the next few days New York may become available again. Note that as stated in the league rules/constitution you may move a team that you take over within the proper region (division name) as long as you supply a logo/uniform set. I can help with the logo/uniform if you haven't ever used justafan's awesome software.

Two of them have been spoken for so I put an asterisk pending those owners successfully joining and beginning to make their exports.

We've got 13 solid owners that all exported for the most recent sim. Help me fill this young league up!
