How to set up a new league

Is there a guide somewhere that goes step by step of how to create an online league other than what is in the online manual. I have the basics down of how to create the league in OOTP 14 but I'm not sure how I go about making it an online league. What do I have to do about setting up the website, FTP server, etc. If not the major questions I have at this point are as follows:

1) Does the program generate the webpages or do you have to do that yourself? Looking around to a lot of the online leagues they look pretty similar so I assume there's a way to generate the HTML pages.

2) How do you go about setting up the FTP so people can send in their reports. (I've heard FileZilla is a good choice, any other suggestions would be great.)

allsim is great- its turnkey. They will setup the site for you. All you need to do is set up the game on your end.
