Formula For Rating Teams?
Greetings,
Is there a Bill James formula where you can rate teams based on Wins/Losses, Runs Scored? I have a basic one where I take Wins/Games x 162 to get a level field from teams from 1960 and before with teams from today and I take runs scored and runs against and do the same, I then add those together. It's pretty basic, anyone know of anything a little more detailed? Thanks!
