Pitcher stamina gauge?

I'd love to see the pitcher stamina gauge from the Roster menu incorporated into the Pitcher vs Batter menu. That way you can see how tired they are in the game versus the batter they're currently facing... Should you pull him now in favor of a new pitcher or should you leave him in for two more pitches because the current batter hasn't fared so well against him?

You can see it by using a mound visit, it gives you an idea of how tired he is. A stamina gauge is unrealistic for a management game. You wouldn't see a manager staring at a floating bar telling him how tired his pitcher is would you?
