Fictional logos (ping truthserum :-)

I'm starting a new fictional league and I need 16 new logos for whenever anyone has a chance to do them (especially truthserum, I really like the look of his logos).

Pick any color you want, and I guess if the logos could look more 'classic' that would be good too. Don't worry, I'm really not too picky.

Thanks in advance!

(Underlined names are done)

Eastern American Baseball Association
Atlanta Peaches
Baltimore Lords
Boston Pilgrims
Charleston Palms
Chicago Towers
Cincinnati Blue Chips
Cleveland Foresters
Detroit Hurons
Kansas City Fountains
Miami Keys
Minneapolis Mills
New York Highlanders
Philadelphia Quakers
Pittsburgh Rivers
St. Louis Pioneers
Washington Presidents

Just about everybody on here hacks/makes logos just as well as I do....but thanks for the compliment anyway.

Here's what I came up with for the Atlanta Peaches. I'm not sure what kind of presentation you are looking for....ie....a natural square logo or any of the variations of the circular logo that we make on here. Just give an example of what you are looking for and I can change this one to any of them.

The Peaches logo is very slick. Is that from scratch? Either way it is impressive to me with its crispness, colors, and overall design.

truth, these all look fantastic! I agree with Lloyd, the Peaches logo is slick indeed, and the other logos look great too.

I honestly do not have anything in mind for the logos. Since I'll be commishing this solo league and not controlling a specific team, I like not knowing in advance what the logos will be.

So thank you again, and thanks in advance to future logos, I can't wait to see them!

Not really from scratch as I started with the image below. It is not as crisp in the larger size as you can tell from the jagged image, but when I saw it, I kinda thought I could make it into what I made. Small hides so much.

Thanks to you Lloyd....ever since you started making up your own designs, I've been wanting to do something more than just the quick paste of a generic logo. Nice job buddy. Just need to get a real vector program.

I ran that peach logo at Vector magic, and this is what it came back with. Hopefully you can use it.

You know.....after Lloyd bumped the vector magic thread last night, I got to thinking just the same thing when I was getting ready for bed. I'm wondering if we run some of our finished logos thru vector magic, the finished product might be a cleaner version of ones with slight flaws. I may have to mess around with vector magic and see what happens.

Thanks knuck.

Re-did the large version of the Atlanta Peaches logo. Still not sold on if the 'Peaches' name looks right on it...

I now run that program with my Gadwin print screen program and presto!! instant jpeg, png, or bitmap image. Kinda makes me want to go back and find all those 6.5 logos I made and fix them up.

I haven't really looked at it too much but it certainly helps with semi-small images that are bleeding. Here's an example of an image I did the other night. I copied over the original, but you can see that the current image looks pretty good and isn't pixilated much.

I've found that it does an excellent job at cleaning up the 'stroke' line around the finished logo......one thing that I have been disgruntled with, with photoshop. An excellent find, indeed.

Glad you liked how that turned out. Wasn't sure, at first, what I was going to do with that. I really like how the Cleveland Foresters turned out.

Atlanta Peaches and Cleveland Foresters are by far my favorites. I do love the color scheme of the Chicago one though.
