Westhaven is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy, but the sovereign is only a symbolic head of state. Elections are held every four years. The parliament has 81 members

The official language is English, although many inhabitants communicate in other languages, as Keltic, and Scandinavian ones..

On to the baseball:

Baseball was brought to Westhaven by American troops, who were stationed on the island during the second world war. Because of the strategic location of Westhaven, the troops were there to protect the Atlantic seaways against the German Kriegsmarine.

The people of Westhaven fell in love with the sport, and soon, still during WWII, Americans formed a small league, for their servicemen to have excercise. Many Westhavians attended these informal games..

After the Americans left, in 1948, some Westhavian businessmen decided to start up their own league.

A total of 10 teams were formed. Two divisions of five. The league decided on a 52 game schedule. Both division winners will square off in a best of five Westhaven Series. The WBL will start in 1950

Nice of you to say, but not a master... far from it... just a dedicated hack... I just persevere and keep it going... longevity will get you some notice over time.

Looking forward to seeing your league and teams... hope your logos, jerseys and caps are as good as your maps... I am a huge fan of good graphics... they make a dynasty special for me.

I think good graphics play an important part of the appeal of a dynasty...not the most important part... good, interesting writing and a good story line with drama, pathos, empathy and humor are the elements that make a dynasty special.

I wish I had the skill to make my dynasty leagues that way.

I used this site:

https://azgaar.github.io/Fantasy-Map-Generator/

It is great for generating fictional countries..there are so many options to fiddle around with..

So thanks, but I only tweaked some thinks after letting the site generate a country

The map with the team names I just edited using Paint.net, which is freeware

So, I will perform the duty of League Commisioner

I am going to watch as many games as possible, purely as a spectator. I will be playing out those games in 3d. I hope to not to have to interfere with the league to much, and let the game play out everything

These are the leagues settings:

In general what period of baseball will your league settings be?

50s... 70s... 90s... modern?

Well, I have tweaked the settings so I can get fairly low scoring games, pitching duels, lot`s of hit & run plays. I just like baseball that way.

So I don`t know which era that is definitely not modern though
