License Question

I just updated the Tech Support site which hadn't had a comment in over 2 years so i'll ask here too.

If i haven't played the game in over 10+ years, purchased it back in 2003 and am getting the error 501 message, is that why?

I would hope that the license would still be in the system.

Any one else have this issue before? I have emailed elicense support too but figured i would ask.

I just recently re-installed 2.5. I sent an email to Andreas with my Order ID and he was able to re-issue my license.
