'68 KC Royals Logos

1968 Kansas City Royals logos that didn't make the cut.

I don't get the cow.

The Royals were named in part for the American Royal, a livestock show that has been happening annually in Kansas City since 1899.

Hi there,
not 100% sure what you want here, but I actually fixed this logo up for myself and saw your post, so I figured I'd put my rendering out here for ya.

Cheers.

I like the gray, black, manila color scheme. Those would have been some stylish uniforms.

I was just super-duper impressed by the amount of torque he is generating in his backswing!

Wasn't aware any of these even existed and thankfully they never did because man do those logos look dated. (even by 1960's standards)

The only one that looks any decent is the second one on the top right with the crown on the baseball. Looks almost identical to the Kansas City Monarchs logo (which I would have actually preferred them to be called) That would have made for a decent alternate or even a scorecard logo.

The rest you can keep. That cow just looks like its long overdue for slaughter.
