iOOTP 2011 1.2.3 import to 2012 on iOS 5.1.1 unsuccessful

Due to not being able to put my purchased seasons into iOOTP 2012 on iOS 6 I have downgraded back to 5.1.1 I downloaded 2011 (1.2.3) and got my season file back and tried to import to 2012 and have been unable to although the message I receive on screen says I successfully imported them. They don't show up under historical seasons. Can anyone please help me.

Maybe they changed something here. I will try it on my iPod which has iOS 4 installed. Maybe we can isolate the problem.

Update:

It does not work (anymore) on my iPod 3rd Gen with iOS 4 which is pretty strange (as I did not change anything since the very first release) but it is good because now I can debug it and try to find the error.

Another update:

I noticed something strange, you file you sent me has no bought seasons. In other words, the game does what it is supposed to do, it loads the file (successfully) and stores the purchased seasons from it (none).

So the problem is: why are there no seasons? Do you still have iOOTP 2011 on your device? If so, please start it and make sure your purchased seasons are available to play in iOOTP 2011. If possible, send me a screen-shot from the start menu were you choose the hist. season to play.

Ok it works now for some reason lol. I had to start a season in 2011 for it to work.
