If you are the Human Manger of a team and you get fired, is it possible to become the new manger of the team?

I don't think that's what he's asking. I read it as is it possible to be re-hired as the manager of the original team.

The answer, of course is that in Commissioner mode, everything is possible.

Another option is, after you get fired, you could also create a new manager and assign that manager to your old team.
