a couple of first-year draft/college annoyances

1. Several seasons ago, I noticed many first-year players coming out of the two big Oregon colleges, but OOTP had them backwards, i.e. had the University of Oregon in Corvallis and Oregon State in Eugene. I fixed the schools.txt file, but three seasons later, I am STILL seeing those two schools info listed wrong. Does OOTP take this info from elsewhere than the schools text file?

2. All of my first-year players come into the draft at age 18, regardless of whether they come out of high school or college. Is there an easy way to change college players' ages (going thru hundreds of players and editing those coming out of college is very time-consuming (but my anal tendencies also make it unavoidable!!!)

There is an age min/age max. And number of years to play for each player as a league-wide option.

1. Pretty sure that needs to be corrected in the world_default.xml file not the schools.txt file which would explain why it keeps reverting to the incorrect ones. I could be wrong though.
