Holmes comes in at 35-3-2 (17) & that gives him the #1 SEED in the MIDWEST.
Holmes lost to John Tate, Deontay Wilder, & the lowly Carl "The Truth" Williams so he's susceptible! He fought Cleveland Williams & Ali to a DRAW! He ADVANCED to Round 2 with a TKO in Round 8 against #8 SEED Gerry Cooney! Vitali Klitschko is 27-14-0 (16) for the #4 SEED. He lost to Jimmy Bivins in the 40 BOUT SEASON! However, in the Round 1 Playoff Rematch, he defeated Bivins by way of a UNANIMOUS DECISION! HEAD-to-HEAD IN 40 BOUT SEASON They did not Fight in the 40 BOUT SEASON as their Bout was Scheduled at 54! Rocky Marciano enters the Tourney with a 38-2-1 (31) Record and a #1 SEED in the WEST!
He was 2nd in Winning % at .938 and had an amazing KO % of .750 in the 40 BOUT SEASON! His 2 Losses Came Back-to-Back. The first Loss was to Ali & the 2nd one to Trevor Berbick. Tony Tucker fought Marciano to a MAJORITY DRAW! He got in Round 2 of these Playoffs with a TKO in Round 9 Gerrie Coetzee. #5 SEED MICHAEL DOKES comes in at 25-14-2 (11). He beat Cooney, Buster, & Cleveland Williams. He also had some losses though in Fights I thought he was Favored going in! He got to Round 2 with a TKO against Evander Holyfield in Round 9. Here is how it Unfolded in the 10th ROUND: Round 10 Time Commentary Points 0:00 Louis was a little slow getting off his stool this round. 0:0 0:05 The swelling on the face of Ali is almost as pronounced as before his corner worked on it. 0:0 0:05 The swelling on the face Louis looks slightly less severe, thanks to a great job by his corner man. 0:0 0:08 Ali lands the lead cross. 2:0 0:08 And now Louis is bleeding again from that last punch as his previous cut has been reopened. 2:0 0:08 Louis is wiping his eye with his glove.
