Generated Players with ages over 200

This is probably an extremely niche bug to run into but I still felt it was worth reporting. I was creating a new fictional league and was setting the starting year to the max I could go, which is 3000. When I started the league and went to the inaugural draft there a number of players (~80) with an age over 200. I think they ranged from 217-225. When I went into the editor for these players the year of birth was appearing blank.

I closed the game, reloaded my template which I had saved before I started the game. This time I set a max age of 40 for player creation at game start to prevent the old players from generating except it didn't work. There were still a number of players over 200. I decided to manually edit them and continue.

So I managed to repro but as it was the same template maybe there was something in my setup that was breaking it. I could try repro by just creating some more straight forward leagues with the maximum year and see if it happens again.
