Also interesting that you don't link to an official Steam website for the instructions on how to do it but instead need help from a 3rd party source. Those instructions do you no good if you lose your internet access without warning and all of a sudden realize you can't play your game.

"What is Offline Mode?
Offline Mode allows you to play games through Steam without reconnecting to the Steam Network every time you wish to play - this is particularly useful if you do not plan on playing over the internet and would prefer not to download new updates for your single-player games.
Please note that you must connect to the Steam Network and test each of the games you would like to use in Offline Mode at least once to set up your account and configure Offline Mode on your machine."

How hard is that to understand?

How hard is that to understand?

Not hard to understand at all. If you plan on playing offline then you can go through a bunch of steps online for each game to make it happen. If you didn't plan on not having internet then you are SOL. So when the zombie apocalypse happens we'll all be screwed.
