DIRECT link to 10.4.31 update ???

I had to reinstall my game and cant get the 10.4.36 patch to work properly.

I would like to update jus tto 10.4.31 as the rest of the leagues I am in are using that....

Now I tried to get if off the website but it keeps giving me 10.4.36 which wont work....

Or if someone could send me the update file to OOTPX@acollectingfool.com I would appreciate it.

Hi there. I'm very sorry it's taken us so long to post an "official" reply in this thread.

Still, I'd like to figure out if there is still an issue here, so we can make sure it gets taken care of for OOTP 11. Are you still experiencing this problem?

I was able to reinstaled 10.4.31 and working fine, not doing other patch until all my leagues do it and so far the three havent...
