Players out of Position When Managing

I've downloaded a model and although the stadium looks fine, when I go to manage a game, all the players are shifted left. The 1b is at the pitcher's mound, the pitcher is at third base, and the 3b is in the crowd. Same with the OF. Batters and catchers seem okay.

In the 3D model view of Team Settings, it looks okay. I've also tried manually adjusted the player positions and in the diagrams, everything seems okay as well.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

I think it's because when I first load the model, I see the following:

So home plate is still home plate but since the default view is facing the left field line, the pitcher is throwing from third base.

I edited the camera, thinking that would fix things and sure, the view has changed but the player positions have not.

So I see the problem when I turned on the grid. Basically the grid is not aligned with the stadium and half of the grid is in the stands and parking lot. Is there a way to fix this?

Ok, figured out how this is fixed thanks to this post:

Thankfully, it's easy to realign the grid with the model.
