When should you bench pitcher?
Does anyone use a pitch count to bench or a fatigue % to bench starters? My pitchers always have 0 stamina after games and throw 90-100 pitches.

Starters will typically always have 0 stamina after a start, even if they only throw 30-40 pitchers. They'll be back at 100% by the time it's their next turn in the rotation, though.

Yes if the AI overuses them ie letting them throw 120+ in an easy win. I use pitch counts early in the season to ramp up innings slowly to avoid over use. However with high stamina guys a "too low" pitch count can cause unnecessary bullpen use so I'll take it off as long as they and the AI are effective.
Pitch counts are also useful in spreading out bullpen use. The AI has a tendency to pick 3-4 guys which it will use to exhaustion while letting others go a week between appearances. Another effective tool is to bench high end RP who are overused as above.
