DSL Qualified Nations?
Just curious about this: I was editing the world_default.xml file and noticed a defined region for "INTER-CONTINENTAL: DSL Qualified". Seems to be most nations and territories, except for a couple, such as American Samoa. Any idea what that is about?

It basically to prevent MLB draftees from playing there. So any nation that is part of the draft will be excluded from dsl.
Usa Canada and their territories namely Puerto Rico but I think samoa players are draft eligible too. |

I see. So if you wish to have a nationality excluded from the draft, you would add them to this list?

That list is just to prevent those that are draft nations to prevent them playing in the league. DSL is for all of your foreign born players that you acquire from means other then the yearly mlb draft. hope that makes sense |
