Fatigue Level for Live Start

I'm loving the new Live Start feature, but I believe there's one issue that should be ironed out, and that's pitcher fatigue. For instance, I'm starting a franchise with the San Diego Padres on today's date. Nick Margevicius pitched yesterday for San Diego. Obviously his stats are in the game, but he still has 100% rest. I could throw him again today if I wanted. Not a huge deal, but figured it was something worth mentioning.

For each version of the game I have asked how fatigue level affects performance...i still have no idea.
