Does Chemistry Apply to All Leagues?

Just started playing the game recently and not sure how chemistry works. Read the manual and understand that explanation, but have yet to see any players with chemistry on the ECHL club that I am managing. Does this only effect NHL levels (or other pro leagues where rosters are less volatile) or is this a potential bug on my end?

I could be wrong but I think it takes awhile for chemistry to develop. In the first NHL season didn't get it to start forming until approximately 50th game. It does apply to all leagues.

Hmm, just wrapped up first season and getting ready to start playoffs and still not seeing anything.

In my NHL league it developed in season 2.

If you're switching the lines around a lot, that may impede the development of chemistry. And the minor leagues in general aren't the ideal situation for chemistry developing, given the amount of player turnover. But it does seem to be working correctly - I just checked a save at the end of 2018-19 and about half of the ECHL players have chemistry with one or more people (not all of it acquired from playing in the ECHL, but some of the pairings definitely were.)

I figured it had to do with the constant line/roster fluctuation at the ECHL level. I have some of the same players in my second season with the club and have begun to see some chemistry with players. Thanks for the feedback.
