Anyway to make ghost players in tournaments weaker?
I have several international tournaments in my save and have noticed that really weak baseball countries sometimes have much better players than traditionally strong countries. For example, in my Asian tournament, Japan and South Korea have finished almost last in the last 2 tournaments, while Mongolia almost won the last tournament. I know small sample size might be an issue, but Japan and South Korea routinely do terrible.
So my question is, is there any way to make the ghost players reflect the star quality of the country? Seems like Japan and SK are at a disadvantage in my save since they make up about 5-10% of my US league and are forced to use some pretty bad minor leaguers and free agents while other countries get better ghost players. |

I agree. That's been an issue since ghost player tournaments were built and has kept me from having teams from counties that don't have enough "real" players to stock them. Your out of luck Israel and Brazil.

So, a ghost Cuban ball player has the same chance of being a star as a player from Vietnam?
