Historical Lineups/Transactions

Hi, I'm playing a season replay with historical lineups/transactions enabled and computer AI controlling all teams.
Here are a few things I'm noticing:
1. Even though I have the option to not allow starting pitchers to appear in games as relievers, the AI continually inserts frontline SPs into games as relievers when they are not starting, even if the pitcher did not have any real life appearances.
2. It doesn't appear as if disabled list and minor league demotions in real life are reflected for bench players and bullpen relievers. It seems like all players that were active any time during the season are on the active roster and can be inserted in games even when in real life they were not on the active roster. The exception is if a player was traded during the season, then they don't appear in games for the rest of the season.
3. Is there anywhere in game where you can see the real life historical transactions log?
4. In game transactions are not being recorded.

Is anyone else coming across these situations? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
