Import stats from other league?
I tried to simulate 1800's-1900's baseball with handful of temporary (1-3 years at top) leagues considered as major ones.
Is there a way to add stats from those leagues to my own league? Like Federal League (1914-1915) into MLB's stats/records? |

If you have the same players in your league as in the other leagues, then yes you can do this. You'd have to export the league stats to a text file, open it in Excel, and then copy and paste in the correct stats for each player from the historical league to your league while making sure you change the team IDs and player IDs to match those in your league. Then save the Excel as either a text file or a .csv file and re-import the file into your league.

Ok, got it.
But what if I moved team or two from that temporary league to my main league. Is it allowed to copy team's stats as well? |

i don't know if there's a better way, but you could do it.
i would suggest making the teams first, then fill with as many players as you intend to import, because you will need to reuse their playerIDs. if the leagues are not the same "Year" you will need to edit YoB for these players, too. as long as you re-use team-id's and player-id's you are golden. if i recall, that's all i had to sync up. |
