Any possible way to import career averages of players?

I'd like to create a league consisting of historical players, but I'm not interested in adding individual seasons for Babe Ruth. I'd really like to enter his career numbers or a "typical" season. Any way to have the game select specific seasons from his career and create an average season from those?

You have several import options. I like using remaining years but using career totals make them more consistent over their career. Don;t have the game open right now and i can not find what I want in the manual.
