Online League - "20 Players Already Dressed!" & Control Farm Teams

I'm not sure if the issues are related, but I'm unable to dress more than 14 players on my farm team. The status shows 14/20 players dressed, but anytime I try to dress an additional player, I get the error "20 Players Are Already Dressed!".

Another oddity is when I look at my Manager's Options, I'm unable to check "Control Farm Team".

Are the two issues related?
Any ideas on how to get around the 14 players dressed issue?

Found a work around.
If I right-click and choose "Dress Player" it works. But if I try to click the DRE column, that's when the error pops up.

I'd like to have a look at that save if you can upload it. Might be some kind of interface issue when controlling the farm team, but I haven't seen it before.

This is a issue in both leagues that I run. I've stated it before, but I think it got overlooked in all the confusion.
