Do you install all the files of each park or just the prk file?

You unzip the files to your models directory, then in the game, you import the park file (if you’ve already done that. Just re select the obj file form the pictures tab)

Updated the earliest two Baker Bowl stadiums. Fixed the ads on the wall so they don't flicker and re-did the field texture to be more time appropriate.

Love the Baker Bowl changes! What file contains the flat area surrounding the ball parks. In most cases it's gray, sometimes with grass?

Not sure. That is the section adion adds with his backgrounds

If I have only basic graphics editor knowledge, would it be possible to change any of the ads in some of these stadiums to my own personal taste? If so, what software would I need to accomplish that? Would I need SketchUp or some other 3D modeling software?

That is the base the background(s) are built on. If there is no base you would see sky. If you alter the view by tilting and adjust the viewing length of the park You can usually adjust it so you don't see the base.

The signs can be changed using Sketchup. However there is a technique to getting them to show properly. I am afraid I have not mastered that. Silvam had to fix a lot of them and I don't know what he did to do it. Also, if you mess around with these parks with Sketchup after you have saved and exported you will have to make changes to the .mtl file or you will loose the 3D crowd and, maybe, the day/night versions of the background. To modify the .mtl file you will need a file viewer/editor.

I am still having a problem getting this stadium into the game. I am in the park file and trying to manually import the Astrodome into the game. When it opens up the box, the only thing showing is the shea stadium files. I dragged the astrodome folder into the the users\ootp19 ballparks folder

What the heck am I doing wrong???????????????????

I think I figured it out

I have been trying to import the 3D files for 3 days and I'm pulling my hair out. This is what I have been doing. I have copied all the 3D parks for the 1993 season and put them in the models folder. After I create the 1993 season, I try to import that file into the whitesox folder and I can not see the prk file in the editor. What am I doing wrong???????????????

Each park folder needs to be directly in the Models folder, i.e. not in any sub folder. The you use 3D Model, select file and find the park for that team on the list that comes up, click on in and then select the .obj file.

I have used the model folder that was in my documents folder. Is that the wrong folder?

I can't get three rivers and candlestick to show up in the 1973 year? My fault, I forget to click on the models file when the box comes up

Curious, the historical park for Jack Murphy Stadium, did they play there in 1973?

It was San Diego Stadium until 1981.
