Relief Pitchers

Does visiting the mound buy time to warm up a relievers?
How long (batters) does a pitcher need to warm up?
If a pitcher is warm but the inning ends Shout I sit him down when I hit so he dosn't get tired?
When should I start warming a pitcher to start the next inning?
Thanks.

1. Visiting the mound will usually buy time and give more time for reliever to warm.
2. It depends on the pitcher. Different pitchers need longer to warm up in my experience.
3. Yes then get him back up when you have two outs while hitting.
4. The half inning before I intend to bring him in is what I do.
