How do I know if a player IS developing?

Newbie here!

If my AA shortstop is developing power (that rating category increasing), is there a report, or a way to see that it happened? Or do I just have to remember what it was originally?

I'm in my first season -- so maybe there are reports that I get on this?

I just want to know when a player is progressing or regressing without starting at the screen for hours.

Great simulation. Really enjoying it.

Thank you, easy enough!

Okay, in the organizational overview screen, some players (mostly AA and A) have big red down arrows next to them.....is that my development people saying I should demote them?

Yeah, advice that they are not yet ready for that level of the minors or just not good enough for that level.

I usually always check their stats before deciding to promote/demote them. For some reason I have had guys batting .300 plus and an OBP above .400 and the AI still wants them at a lower level.
