The 1970s seems to be terribly underrepresented among OOTP fictional team designs (probably because, well, it's the '70s). I really like the Owls and the Bucks but will probably never accumulate enough 1970s fictional teams for a league.
Hey, Txranger, there's a project for you! A complete fictional league with all '70s uniforms. Last edited by tklem321; 07-06-2018 at 09:01 PM. |

I actually meant to write "a complete fictional league" above.
I too have a huge amount of Txranger's and Robo's work. They're the best. |

Oh yeah...a Tx 70s era league from scratch would be awesome! (And probably lead to me creating yet another league of my own..I spend more time setting leagues up than playing)

19th century
Txranger,
I'm looking to expand on my dynasty report. We are about to enter the 1850's and I could use some 19th century style uniforms/caps and logos for new clubs. Travel being what it was during this time period I was looking to have more clubs in the New York area. The DR currently is a mix of real life and fictional teams used from your google drive. As for club names they can be real or fictional or simply Base Ball Club. The Brooklyn name is a real club from that time period that I thought would be cool. Colors schemes and artwork is entirely up to you. I know you get a ton of requests so I'm not sure if you have the time or interest to do any of these. You have already contributed a ton to my dynasty reports and I am grateful. Just thought I would ask. Thanks for considering. ***The icon in my sig takes you to my DR website if you wanted to see your work in action! Brooklyn Pastimes Any other Brooklyn or "New York" based idea you may have. Could use a Utica club and a Syracuse club. |

Several Brooklyn and NY teams and some others for that era that will work, search my Google Drive... Brooklyn BB Club, Gladiators, Excelsiors, Nine, Saints,etc... New York has Gothams, Gorhams, Giants, Metropolitans, Hilldale and of course the Knights... Syracuse, made some for SF Seals and Seattle that would work... Nothing for Utica... Check under Negro Leagues, Southern League of Colored Base Ballists and National Colored BB League for some for that era... |

I'm running a fictional historical replay starting in 1871. I spent the better part of three days going through all 445 pages of this thread, downloading and organizing the amazing logos and uniforms from TXRANGER, Knuckler, No Pepper and others. So much great work that spawned several replay ideas for me!
But a basic question, and I'm posting it here in hope some of the retro replay folks have figured this out already. I got to 1900, and wanted to update the teams from their 19th century unis to early 20th century versions. But when I do that, the retired player pictures update to the newer versions as well. Is there any way to stop that from happening? |

Hey TX, I'm not really satisfied with my London Monarchs logo ...
do you have any idea? I don't really know what I'm looking for at the moment ... I just know that I don't like this one

Sorry, I should have been more specific ... the logo should be square.
As far as colors go I don't have any preferences, but the logo should include a crown and maybe the Tower Bridge

Wow, I think this is truly amazing, thanks a lot - just another piece of art. Thank you so much!

Took a look at your Baseball Story and I realized that I'm missing some of the elements of the caps and jerseys of what you have so far. I'll be digging for those and what follows in the vast archives.

Txranger, don't know if you saw my suggestion/request regarding undated logos for the Portland Rosebuds earlier in this thread, but if not, I think many of us might like having undated versions of them for teams which start play earlier in people's saved games/dynasties than shown on the dated versions of them. Hope you make them for all interested folks, eventually. CD out.

Hi tx, thanks again for all that you do. I have one more request for my William's Island Baseball League. Just two more teams and my league will be complete.
When you get a chance can you please change the Pittsburgh Condors to the Rockpoint Condors?

Also can you change the El Paso Diablos to the Devil's Hill Diablos? This will complete my league. I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks again, Bill
