Using new 3D models in an exhibition game
How do you use the new 3D models in an exhibition. Can you switch which park you want to use and how (vs the default park assigned to each team).
Thanks. |

Not a big deal but anyone.
As an example, If I want to play NYY (2000) @ Toronto (2017). The Rogers Centre is the old version (no ads, etc). Am I am to switch this to the new 3D version pf the Rogers Centre (and how). |

I think the only way of accomplishing that is to change the intended home team's ballpark before you try playing the exhibition game. Just don't forget to change it back afterwards.

Thanks but how do you do that. Looks like the only option I have to select a park is the home and visitor teams default stadiums.

You can't do it while setting up an exhibition game. You have to do it from the team setup screen. There are options there to change the team's ballpark, as well as the logos & uniforms.

Yes I see ho you do it there, but then you are limited to the teams in the respective league (unless I am missing where you can select any team).

Yeah, that is limiting there - you might need to add the ballpark from the League Settings screen first.

1. Click Historical Exhibition 2. Select the teams and options you want 3. Click Create Exhibition in upper right corner. I chose 2 teams, Yankees Red Sox 1999 4. Click Return to OOTP Main Screen (Do not click Play Ball as that will go directly to the first game) 5. Click Load Game and select HistoricalExhibition 6. Now you will be on a regular OOTP main screen in a “League” with only two teams. 7. You can now pick each team and modify the stadiums, uniforms, etc as though it were a normal league.

Just saw your post. Tried it and it works. Couple of extra steps, but nice knowing the option is available.
Thanks. |

Once you have begun playing an Historical Exhibition Tournament is there a way to change the ballparks that the simulated games are played on? I went into the original master league I set up when I built my Exhibition Tournament of 20 teams and changed all the ballparks there, but none of them shows up in my Exhibition Tournament. The ballpark graphic that appears is the same generic one for every team.
