AI trade valuation of relievers

I'm noticing that the AI seems to place nearly zero value on good but not elite level relievers. This may be reasonable, as relievers are a dime a dozen, but it makes no sense that I can shop a 1.5 star, 37 year old scrub RF with a few years left on a contract and get offers, but I get not a single offer for my 25 year old 3 star MR...

Did I mess up my settings somehow, or are others seeing this as well?

Finally.

Another reason I need to upgrade to 14.

I think you answered your own question, I'm just not sure you like the answer.

Honestly seems like how it should be. No offers at all might be a little extreme, but I would rather see no offers than a bunch of them. Three stars for a reliever is nothing, really. Unless the guy is a four- or five-star elite closer, there's no reason to give up players for him; you can find a free agent or a minor league guy who can do it instead.

Think about it: how often would you trade even a speedy bench player for a middle reliever, rather than just promote someone from AAA? Probably a lot less often than you would for that scrub RF, if you were short on outfielders.
