OOTP 2017 or MLB Manager 2016 - creating the 1995 replacement season

Good day, everyone!

I see this under OOTP 2017 - "Or import individual historical players into your current fictional league - How would Ty Cobb do in your fictional world? OOTP is truly remarkable when it comes to fulfilling your baseball fantasies."

If I wanted to create a fictional league with the 1995 MLB divisional setup and schedule, and put together the replacement teams that would have started that season had the strike not been settled - by moving major and minor league players from real seasons into it - can that be done on either OOTP 2017 or MLB Manager 2016 (when it comes out)?

What I need to know about OOTP 17 is:
- Can I get the 1995 MLB schedule in a "fictional league" with the 1995 MLB divisional setup, and how difficult would that be?
- Can I move real major and minor leaguers around into the fictional league to the right teams?
