Does the OOTP store sell hard copies/DVD ?

A few of my friends were over the other day and I showed them OOTP 20. They all loved it. I'm not sure if any of them purchased the game or not. What I was wondering is if OOTP 21 will be available as a hard copy DVD purchase? Have they ever sold any OOTPs as a hard copy cd/dvd copy?

It would be great to wrap up as a gift for birthdays and holidays. Also 2 of my friends birthdays are in very early April so it would be an awesome time to buy it for them.

If not I heard it's possible to gift games through steam.
I would much prefer a hard copy but gifting through steam will be my other choice.

I went to the OOTP store and didn't see any way to purchase a hard copy if someone knows how please send me a link.

No hard copies, but you can easily gift through Steam or just purchase the game and print the e-mail with the license key and give it in a card. If you're creative, you could print out some screenshots from the website and put them together in a gift box somehow.

Excellent idea to put in a card with license key.
I will get creative and do what you said.
