Game key not working!

I have typed my license key in 5 times.

I have typed it with and without dashes. I have typed it with O's instead of zeroes. My wife has checked my work and it is typed in correctly. Nothing works! This has never happened before.

Btw, unfortunately, I have never been able to copy and paste it into the game.

Can anyone help here?

Thx

Lee

Most important, you need to make sure you have the right version, as there are 2 standalone versions available (e-sellerate and fastspring), If your code starts OOTP20- then you have the e-sellerate version and need to be sure you have that version downloaded. If it does not, then you likely have the fastspring version which is a separate download. You can find links to both versions here: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=306707

Okay, I would suggest going through support then: https://support.ootpdevelopments.com/portal/home

They can double check licensing issues. Be sure to include as much detail as you can, including the error message you get when you enter the code.

I tried it one last time so that I could recreate the error msg. My last group of numbers/letter was 'DAJFSQ6P'. So, THIS TIME, I thought that rather strange, so I put a hyphen after DAJF.

It worked perfectly!

Thanks for your help.

Glad to know it worked That's why it's usually best to copy-paste, I guess the F and the - kind of merged together. Even if you can't copy into the game, sometimes even just copying it into notepad can give a different "view" of the login

Oh, I tried the notepad and word trick. Nothing worked. But, I figured it out, that's the main thing.

Thx again.
