Special Rules & Settings:League Statement: RFTP is a simulation
fantasy baseball league. RFTP will use the latest version and patch of
OOTP 13 to simulate all games. All owners must own a copy of OOTP 13. We
expect all owners to make an honest effort to field a winning and
profitable club while providing a competitive and friendly atmosphere
within the league.

Game Play:
•Simulations will be every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday unless posted otherwise.
•Simulations will be one week (7 days currently Monday through Sunday)
•League FTP exports are due by times stated on the leagues homepage.
•Owners must export their team file utilizing the FTP Export feature within the game.
•
All Trade transactions will be processed after each simulation unless
its the trade deadline sim then it will be done before the sim
•The website will then be updated including the league file (zip) and box scores.
•Playoffs maybe simulated live determined by the commissioner’s availability.
• Gms can NOT trade picks
•Talent and overall is set to 1-10 ratings system
•No coaches
•No scouts
•Fa comp CBA
•No using proxy Ip's what so ever to mask ur ip address
•No trading of recently drafted players
•GM has budget control
• Soft cap of 120mil with 20% tax
• 10 mil max cash

LA Angels 1st in alwest in 2014 and 2013 WS Champ and 2014 WS Runner up they need a vet gm that will keep em together and win another ws


Chicago White Sox was 2nd in division needs a good gm to make it happen and win a ws

Phillies second place in the NL east . last gm abandoned the team so it will need some love

Padres just opened backup the new gm joined but i guess didnt have the time he thought he did so they are open

astros a gone and tomorrows sim will start the 2013 season for us so join now and get in on the action . we will start the draft very soon as well and use getch's ootpu for the draft a mong other things

Boston opened up and they are in the division lead. We are in third rd of draft in oopou . The in game draft date is almost here tho. Get in on the fun looking for active gms that want to deadicate there time to keep this league challenging and competive while keeping a frendly atmosphere. We prefer ootp vets but if ur new and will be.deadicated then ull be ok in our league and ull learn alot

full up but 3 teams are on verge of being fired so fill those apps out and get in line marlins and phillies and rays fate will be know by sunday 9 pm est so if u get ur apps in now ill get u added that sim if any of those 3 teams open

ok so i went ahead and tossed the old phillies gm since he hadnt exported in about a month and didnt respond to my emails nor did he export for his wc game luckly they won so i replace him with a gm that was ready to step in . and i have a gm that will take over the rays if they open up tomorrow .

so we would like to have a marlins gm as well in waiting as i really think they will open up


there may be one or 2 openings in the offseason possible as soemtimes gms will leave then but thats normal but ill update as teams become available

Marlins are open again due to the gm that just took over deciding he was to over loaded to give the team and league the focus it needs . we need a dedicated gm to take the marlins to ws and build a good team yr in and yr out . we are in the offseason and still good fas in the free agency
