What is this?

Team Europe played in the world cup of hockey this past September. It was comprised of players that didn't come from one of the countries that were the top ranked. You must have started a historical game, and reached 2016. So they are asking you to be GM of the team (in addition to your regular duties on whatever team you're on)

Ohh, totally forgot that. But what u mean with "You must have started a historical game, and reached 2016." I'm playing Path To Glory and year is 2019. And that is actually weird that they offered me a job in 2019, i simulated forward the game and there was no world cup in 2019.

The developers have stated that the only year the world cup of hockey is in the game is in 2016. So I assumed you started a historical game and just got to 2016 and that's why it was happening. If your in 2019 and they're offereing you a job, that's a bug, because like I said, the devs have stated there should only be a world cup in 2016. And team Europe doesn't exist for anything other than the world cup that just happened.

Yeah. I see it. I didn't look at that at first, but now that you mentioned it, like I said, it's gotta be a bug. And you said you simmed the year and there was no tournament, so I guess nothing will come of it

Yeah, definitely a bug, the Europe team shouldn't be looking for a new GM (at least until we add post-2016 tournaments to the world cup.)
