Unable To Accept National Team Offer

Received offers from three countries but all have bugged texts as seen below

Haven't seen that happen before. If you still have the save, we'd like to have a look at it.

Unfortunately all 3 of my saved games were deleted for whatever reason last night

I'll try to see if I can recreate the issue in a new save
