Any way to filter out cards I already have in the AH?

I'm trying to collect all Live cards, but looking through the AH, I see way too many red capitalized names. Any way to filter those out and just see the ones I don't have?

If not, any way this could be added in?

I suggested that and the development team indicated it would be too difficult technically. I hope they can figure a way out.

To avoid the page turns after page turns, I filter to Live and then go team by team on my search term. It's more manageable that way but agree such a filter would be nice to have.

It just seems like if they can code to change the text to red, they would be able to code an optional filter to not show them at all.
